Ben and I liked it, 1/2 the kids liked it. It was good, not WOO HOO good but good. I thought it was even better second day.

We all LOVED it. Courtney ate a ton and Arron said he would have preferred it with white rice. I told Arron that brown rice was healthier and that we weren't rating the rice! We give it a 9-lets do this one again! I have a bag of frozen rice...I will eat it before the next cooking day and see if we can include it in the freezer meal so that the rice would be included!

I did want to add that I thought it was a little heavy on the celery. I don't mind celery but it was too much for me.

David gave it a 10 - we loved it! Plenty of sauce - I would add more chicken. Christy - there was no celery in this one!?!?!

Maybe it was in the sauce or packet or something. I just remember thinking it was really strong. I like having lots of sauce with the rice, so I was happy with that but a little more chicken would be good too. Again, my kids didn't like it, but if everyone else does then I won't complain if it is made again because we can have it on a night where the kids have mac & cheese1!
