Green Bean Chili
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) French-style green beans, drained
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
In large sauce pan cook beef, green peppers, onion and garlic ove medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 30 min or until heated through. Place in freezer bag.
TO SERVE: Thaw, heat, serve with bread or in bread bowl.

My family said "Yuck" and no one ate any. I thought it was okay, a little strong on the spices (salt maybe?).

We thought it was a little too spicy but other then that we LOVED it. Pyper, who never eats anything LOVED it!

Yummmm. We had it with tortilla chips, and it was delicous!

I didn't want to like this one (it's a green bean thing) BUT - it was yummy - we all liked it here!
