Beef Stew

2 pounds stew meat
5 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, sliced
3 potatoes, chopped
1 quart stewed tomatoes
1 whole clove
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon peppers

Place all ingredients in crock pot. Stir. Cover. Cook on low 10 hours or high for 5 hours.

Place in a freezer bag.

To serve: Thaw. Heat up. Serve with cornbread or sourdough bread.

ohhh, I love beef stew. Too bad I only have 3 of the ingredients needed for this one...hmmm. :)
